SpringVale Health Centers, Inc., a local non-profit provider of primary care and behavioral health services, is actively recruiting for a part-time Staff Pharmacist to provide services in compliance with all laws, regulations, and standards as defined by the state board of pharmacy. This position works approximately 20 hours per week.

The Staff Pharmacist will be responsible for preparing medications, providing counseling and education, performing utilization reviews, providing oversite of pharmacy staff, auditing of pharmacy operations including 340B compliance, maintaining compliance standards, and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

Valid Ohio Pharmacist License, active and in good standing with no restrictions and BLS certification.
